Today is Mother's Day and it is my first!!! I feel so lucky to have my little girls be born so healthy and beautiful. They both are in the same crib today and that was a nice surprise. Brenna is on a different formula now so she can gain more weight. Chantrell also is on a different formula with soy in it. She might be lactose intolerant like me. I try to bring in little bottles of breat milk for the girls, but I don't make enough to feed them eight times a day. Hope all my sisters, nieces, aunts, friends and my mom have a great Mother's Day today.

Vince, Anna, Olivia, and I are here oohing and aahing over the pictures and videos. Thanks for posting them. We love the updates and our new family--nieces and cousins. P.S. The family wants to know if the girls are identical or fraternal. PSS The girls want you to know that they weighed 8.4 (Anna) and 8.14 (Olivia). They think your babies are teeny tiny. :)
It is more real to see that you actually have twins when we see pictures of you guys holding both babies. WOW!!! When do they say they can come home? I'm planning on coming on the 23rd which is Friday, after day care kids go home. I need to call the airlines and finalize things, so I'll let you know the details soon. I hope they'll be home by then. My ticket expires the end of May, so get healthy babies...LOL Love Deb
They look great Michelle:) thanks for all the great photo's they are just precious and I see you and Barry are so happy and that is AWSOME!!! Come home soon babies:)
Hi Erica, the doctors said the girls are identical because they shared the same placenta. There is a test that I can give the girls when they come home. You send for a swab kit and take some salivia from their mouth and then turn it in to a company who tests the DNA. Chantrell might come home in the next two days, fingers crossed. Little Brenna might have to stay for another week. She needs to learn how to drink from a bottle every feeding. I'll keep you posted.
Hi Debbie, we are looking forward to your visit soon. Chantrell will probably be home when you get here. The nurses say that she pulled out her feeding tube and now she takes a bottle every feeding. Little Brenna might need another week learning how to bottle feed. Sometimes she gets so tired she has to have the feeding through her tube down to her tummy. Give us the details of your flight and Barry will come to get you.
